  2. Layer warmed cauliflower rice on the bottom and all remaining ingredients over the cauliflower rice.

Pro tip: If you want to make the perfect sunny-side up egg, cook it in a skillet over medium heat with a generous amount of oil. As the white of the egg cook, use a spoon to gather excess oil and baste the white close to the yolk. This hot oil helps the white near the yolk to cook without overcooking the rest of the egg.
